Sail Away Sail Away

Take me in and let me tell you this
I jotted a note, I've organized a list
I'm thinking you and I should try and kiss
And sink down into eternal bliss, oh baby

But then you lift me up and then you pull me down
You twist your smile into a frown
You fly me higher than a paper kite
One with blue and yellow stripes...baby

So let's pack it up and leave the world behind
Leave nothing left for the worms to find
Day old bread and some specks of dirt
A rumpled bed and my sweat stained shirt

But I can see that really doesn't appeal to you
With your souped-up life and your baby blues
Your designer dresses and your new tattoo
Long silver necklace and platform shoes

Well I thought of your just yesterday
As I rode my bike into the bay
Sliding down beneath the rocking waves
Oh your hair is sweet but mine is gray
I forgot just what I should say
I watched my ship slip out and sail away
    Sail away...sail away

Lookee here I spy a piece of meat
Cooked well done under your sheet
You giggle and say you prefer it raw
As I wipe stray juice from your jaw...baby

Your spine is bent and your hair is wet
A whistling wind from a solar jet
A swelling mound all soft and pink
If I touch you there you'll scream...I think so
(yeah I really thinks so)

Wrists and arms and neck and feet
Skin so see-through, you let me peek
The brain is strong, yeah but the flesh is weak
I've got a paddle, hey now where's your creek?
  Where's your creek?

Then I thought of you just yesterday
As I drove my car into the bay
Sliding down beneath the rocking waves
Oh your hair is sweet but mine is gray
I forgot just what I should say
I watched my ship slip out and sail away
    Sail away...sail away

Then I thought of you just yesterday
As I crashed my plane into the bay
Sliding down beneath the rocking neon-colored waves
Oh your hair is sweet but mine is gray
I forgot just what I should say
I watched my ship slip out and sail away
    Sail away...sail away

So take me in and let me tell you this
I jotted a note, I've organized a little list
I'm thinking you and I we should try a kiss
And sink down into eternal bliss...eternal bliss...
Eternal Bliss...
